Should BTEC students focus on understanding rather than finishing quickly?
Finishing a project before the deadline is important, but rushing through technical work can mean missing useful learning opportunities. During one BTEC task, I looked at write my btech assignment resources while organizing my ideas, but I realized that understanding each stage was more valuable than simply reaching the final page. Testing my work and correcting mistakes taught me the most. Do you think students should be given more time for deeper practical learning?
